What to expect

First Time Brazilian?

For best results, hair must be at least the length of a grain of rice. This allows the wax to properly grip the hair and ensures a smooth, effective service.

Please exfoliate the night before your appointment to help lift any dead skin and prevent ingrown hairs. Avoid exfoliating the day of your wax. Wear comfortable clothing, avoid alcohol or caffeine prior to your appointment. You may take Ibuprofen or Tylenol 30 minutes prior to your appointment to reduce pain.

It is highly recommend waiting at least 3 weeks from your last shave before booking your Brazilian. This gives us a clean slate to work with, reduces the need for tweezing, and helps get your hair back on the same growth cycle faster — meaning smoother results over time.

Consistency is key to best results.

Special Offer

All first time Brazilian wax clients receive a 20% off discount.

- Let’s talk vajacials -

Vajacial Treatment

Highly recommended for first timers and those who struggle with ingrowns or who do not maintain a consistent at home care routine. This will help clear congestion, reduce ingrown hairs, deeply hydrate the skin, and restore balance after waxing.

If you’re ready to bring her back to life and keep everything smooth and healthy, this is the perfect add-on.

Instant Soothe Vajacial using Waxing Lovely products is designed to immediately calm, cool, and hydrate the skin after your wax. This add-on helps reduce redness and irritation so you can leave feeling smooth, refreshed, and confident.

Important information

Wear comfortable clothing

• Wear loose, comfortable clothing to your appointment. Dresses or loose shorts are recommended. Avoid tight underwear or clothing after your wax to prevent irritation.

On your period? No problem!

Menstruation is not a problem for waxing services. If you are on your period, please arrive wearing a tampon or menstrual cup so we can perform the service comfortably. Please note that your skin may feel more sensitive at around this time.

Aftercare (24–48 Hours After Your Wax)

After 24–48 hours, you may begin gentle exfoliation to help prevent ingrown hairs and keep your skin smooth. Use a gentle scrub, exfoliating glove, or ingrown hair treatment 2–3 times per week. Keep the area moisturized with a fragrance-free lotion or oil to maintain healthy skin.

Tips:

• Begin gentle exfoliation after 24–48 hours

• Exfoliate 2–3 times per week to prevent ingrown hairs

• Keep the area moisturized

• Avoid harsh products if the skin feels sensitives

What to Avoid 24-48 Hours After Your Wax

For the first 24–48 hours after your waxing service, your skin may be more sensitive. To prevent irritation, ingrown hairs, or breakouts, please avoid the following:

• Hot baths, saunas, or steam rooms

• Intense workouts or excessive sweating

• Swimming pools, hot tubs, or the ocean

• Direct sun exposure or tanning beds

• Tight clothing or tight underwear

• Touching or scratching the waxed area

• Applying heavily scented lotions or harsh products

Allowing your skin time to heal will help ensure the best results and keep your skin smooth and irritation-free.
