To provide every guest with the highest level of service and care, I kindly ask that you review the following policies before booking your appointment.

Grace Period

A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to avoid disrupting the remainder of the day’s schedule. A rescheduling fee may apply.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours will incur a small fee, as last-minute changes make it difficult to fill the reserved time.

No-Show Policy

A no-show occurs when a client does not arrive for their appointment without prior notice.

• First no-show: A courtesy warning will be issued.

• Second no-show: The full cost of the scheduled service will be charged.

• Third no-show: Unfortunately, you will no longer be able to book future appointments.

These policies are in place to respect both my time and other guests who wish to book.

Age Requirement

Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their appointment. I reserve the right to decline service if this requirement is not met.
